In this precursor to our 2012 wrap-up we discuss the finer points of Equatorial Circumnavigation using decidedly British (and obviously fake) accents. …Ok, that’s a lie. We discuss games and stuff!!! Topics: The Dark Knight Rises, Drive, Far Cry 3, Borderlands 2, Trivia, The War Z, Dark Souls 2, Prey 2, Humble Bundle, Societal Woes. Be sure to check out part 2, the 2012 Wrap-up.
Well, I (Tech Guy) passed out shortly after getting the crew going (I was really, really tired) and thus I’m unable to comment here on the content of this episode (until I go back and listen to it). Here’s the topic list that somehow generated itself without my intervention: Tomb Raider, Persona 4, Devil May Cry Demo, Playstation All-Stars, Hitman, Wii-U, Offensive games.
So, wait: this was supposed to be a weekly podcast? Whoops… But, we’re back!!! And with a vengeance!!! … and relationship advice. No, seriously. If you are a gamer and in a relationship, this episode is quite relevant to you. …No, we’re not joking. It’s entertaining. Listen to it. Topics: News, Halo 4, Playstation Allstars, Assassins Creed 3, Assassins Creed: Liberation, Wii U, Ragnarok Odyssy, Epic V Silicon Knights, Something about radio, 100 Best Games List Abbreviated. Ok, seriously, if you’ve read all the way to here, just listen to it. You won’t (might) regret it.
It would seem that we have been long overdue for an argument about something trivial and as a result, we picked something completely mundane bu rather entertaining to argue about. (Well, at least we entertained ourselves with our disagreement.) We touch on quite an array of topics in this episode, not all of which are properly listed in the topics list for this week. Regardless of completeness, here’s this week’s topic list: Deadlight, The Walking Dead, Doom 3: BFG Edition, Borderlands 2 DLC, Dark Souls DLC, Assassins Creed, Eternal Darkness, Tales of Graces F, Back to the Future, Silent Hill: Downpour, PlayStation Allstars, Renegade Ops, Halo 4, RE6, Game finishing, Darksiders 2, Fun? Broken?
Don’t forget to check out the YouTube channel.
Unfortunately, we didn’t expect to be splitting this episode into two parts, so there is no “hey this is episode 30 and we’re the E is T folks” at the beginning of this part. To hear that, you’ll have to scroll down and listen to the first bit of part one. Topics: Silent Hill: Book of Memories, Between the Buried and Me, Raging Rampage, Anarchy Reigns, UMvC3, Freaks and Geeks, Favorite Horror Games.
Also, be sure to check out our new YouTube channel. There will be at least one video posted on there at the same time this episode gets posted. It’s coincides with the brief discussion on Halo 2, so when you hear Kane mention the Arbiter, pause the ‘cast and watch this.
And yes, you should totally subscribe to our channel…
No seriously, this first part is entirely a Silent Hill trivia segment. And it is almost an hour long. And yes, nothing here says anything more than what the title already has. And no, we didn’t originally intend on it being this way. And yes, it turns out that listening to us talk about Silent Hill is entertaining.
This week’s episode is just more of the same: silly jokes, off-topic discussion, some gaming talk, little bit of movie talk, and an announcement. Topics: Prometheus, The Hunger Games, Freaks and Geeks, Ted, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Resident Evil 6, Silent Hill, Everything’s Trivial: Classic Arcade, PSVita, Injustice: Gods Among Us, SFxT for Vita, Wii U.
Announcing: Everything’s Tentative on Youtube. Unfortunately, there are no videos on the channel yet, but there will be…
